It's a monday afternoon....

Since it's a government holiday and I, luckily, have the day off have been working on laundry. I've also been working on finding tips and recipes on working with whole grain. I found one grain, white whole grain which seems to produce a good texture and flavor. It's sold everywhere too. I want to work on perfecting a thin crust pizza with mushrooms, olives, and sundried tomatoes.

I'm fairly excited about all this. When I've made the pizza I will post pictures and the recipe.
