1300....

So I’m trying something new in my weight-loss extravaganza. Calorie-counting. Yes, I still will be focusing on eating right things like fruits and veggies but I’m going to be focusing on portion control and the calories I consume. My co-worker and I were talking about it and she stated that I should really focus on consuming no more than 1300 calories in a day. When she did that she claims “the pounds dropped off!” So that’s my goal, but to be safe I set a range for myself because you know, a girl’s gotta have some WIGGLE room. My range is 1300-1600. I’ll be sticking to my 1300 mostly but there will be days where I’ll want that piece of chocolate, etc. Some other goals I’ll be working on are not consuming lattes, mochas, etc. not only for my waistline but for my money consumption. I spend WAY too much on mochas. I need to cut it out. Today, I made a pot of coffee here at work and drank about 6 oz. of that with a bit of creamer. This should suite me and is seriously a lot less calories. Lately I’ve been pretty good about not consuming coca-cola or other coke products but I need to make it a non-existent habit. Yesterday I had a coke but I really shouldn’t be having any. So here I go, off to the races once again... Wish me luck!
