just keep running, running, running...what do we do, we run!
Yep, I've been at it for a couple weeks now. I can't believe it. I can run over a mile and not even have to stop. When I started I could barely run 5 minutes without stopping! I am so proud of myself, you have no idea. I haven't really lost too much weight though....like a pound or two. Plus it keeps fluxuating between 2-4 pounds all the time which kind of bothers me but...I'm not going to give up! I keep increasing my stamina each day and push myself just a little bit harder each week. I am already seeing results. My pants fit better in my hip area which has always been a problem and my thighs are leaner as well :) By June I can start my 8 week hard-core preparation drill for the half marathon. I am SO SO SO on my way!
