Food journal
I've decided when I have the time to keep a food journal as well. As more of a balancing act. I will also include the caloric intake as well.
Breakfast
3/4 of a Chonga Bagel (my body was craving some grains so I decided to indulge):248 calories
3/4 serving of philidelphia cream cheese: 51 calories
1 reduced-sugar hot chocolate: 80 calories
160z of water + 1 ocean spray sugar free water flavoring packet: 5 calories
Midmorning snack
1/2 cup of cottage cheese: 110 calories
Lunch
1 package of weight control veggies from Green Giant: 180 calories
1 serving of Goji/Raspberry sugar-free jello: 10 calories
33.8 ounces of sparling sugar free berry water: 0 calories
Dinner
2 cups of Healthy request Mexican Chicken Tortilla Soup: 260 calories
