Total= 1480 calories

Wednesday:

Breakfast:

1 pepper jack cheese = 80 calories

Snack:
Triscut crackers (6 crackers)= 130 calories
16 oz. of water= 0 calories
1 packet of sugar-free crystal light lemonade= 5 calories

Lunch:
Health request Mexican Chicken Tortilla soup: 260 calories
1 pepper jack cheese stick= 80 calories
33.8 oz of sparkling water (blackberry/raspberry)= 0 calories
1 serving of jello sugar free goji-raspberry jello= 10 calories

Dinner:
