putting things into perspective
I really need to stop beating myself up and look at the good I've done with my body. When I started this year with my weight loss programs, I weighed 205 pounds. That's the heaviest I've ever been except for the last week of my pregnancy when I weighed 210. This week I lost another pound bringing my weight down to 187. I've lost 18 pounds! That's alot, that's 8 percent of my total body weight lost. 3 more pounds and I will be at 10 percent!
It's taken me longer than I've liked but I've lost some considerable amount of weight and I need to start being proud of that and keep moving forward instead of getting depressed when I don't lose that much. :)
