haven't posted anything in awhile.

So BIG news, I'm getting a house! Yep that's right, I'm shopping for inspectors and got my offer approved by the bank. Word to the wise, if you put an offer on a short sale, this is by no means SHORT! It took the bank since july 1st till september 21st to approve my offer. Most houses close within 30-60 days. Mine will probably take over 120! Oh well, I was patient and persistent and it paid off, I'm getting one HELLA of deal. I love a good deal.

more up dates to come as soon as I have them. There's some hurdles I have to get over before this process is over but I'm sure God is getting me through this. :) I will also post pictures once I have the keys in my hands!
